Hebrews 8v10 This is the covenant I will establish with the people of Israel after that time, declares the Lord. I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people. 11 No longer will they teach their neighbor, or say to one another, ‘Know the Lord,’ because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. 12 For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.“ 13 By calling this covenant "new,” he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and outdated will soon disappear.

Jesus Christ changed the game. Praise God for the forgiveness of our sins, for His love reigns from the least to the greatest in all the earth.

Jeremiah 9v23 The Lord says: Let not the wise man bask in his wisdom, nor the mighty man in his might, nor the rich man in his riches. 24 Let them boast in this alone: That they truly know me and understand I am the Lord of justice and righteousness, whose love is steadfast, and that I love to be this way.

If we are to be proud, to shout claim to anything that we have on this earth it is in the great hope, justice, love and righteousness of the one true Lord our God. Riches, wisdom, and strength are blessings from God above and it’s to His glory not ours. PTL in all things.

Jude 1v20 But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21 keep yourselves in God’s love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you to eternal life.

Prayer is often a place of revelation. As we seek God His spirit inside us begins to speak. Trusting Him in our prayer life keeps us in His love and ultimately in His will. Prayer in itself is a great surrender and God absolutely wants that from us all so that He can show His great love and power.

Isaiah 25v1 Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.

Hebrews 5v7 During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. 8 Son though he was, he learned obedience from what he suffered.

Jesus was taught obedience through what he suffered, this is sometimes forgotten when we are asked to live as he did. We must look to our suffering as a time to seek God intently and confide in faith through intense prayer that our Father will deliver us, creating for us a stronger testimony to His great name.

Philippians 4v6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 4v14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. 16 Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

With confidence, with faith and understanding that Christ gets our struggles, he tackled them, defeated them so that he can live in us to glorify God. We are tempted, he was tempted, he prevailed as do we in his mercy and grace to enable us to set our lives apart from this world to bring the kingdom to the people.
